AE Polices PFC, Egypt MUSK says he spoke to the 'police' of PFC and they enabled him to 'take the district'. An action that took place before they placed their first attack. Add onto this, that we never broke the rules of PFC as claimed, since we are in an Alliance, we are allowed to field ringers into an Allies team. ANON, however, is not formally in an ALLIANCE with unkno0wn killers, and thus blatantly broke the rules. We DID NOT play our A Team against you. No matter what you say, it's a matter of fact that a weekday battle at 0:200 UTC TSOLE CANNOT field their A Team... we work, have lives outside of DUST and EVE. What you faced was a collection of Ringers, some good, some bad, but people drawn in to fill the ranks of the 'Alliance' Battle that happened to be on during the day. Just so we are clear I will state it again... TSOLE CAN NOT field it's A-Team in what would be our MID DAY during the WEEK. It is not possible as most of our A TEAM (and we don't generally run with that term) is NOT PLAYING DUST, they are AT WORK, or AT SCHOOL, or AT HOME DOING CHORES, and LOOKING AFTER KIDS! We did not show when ANON's A-Team showed because it was Dementeds fight. They pull in TSOLE or UTOPIAN PROHETS, or MURDER INK ringers AS NEEDED, not because they or we are afraid to lose. They were given the PFC district because they needed to learn about PC in a 'more controlled environment'. As to the locking of the District on Aeditide... we were in negotiations with ANON to trade that district to you guys. As a direct result of your hostile actions in regards to Demented Mindz PFC district, we declined to negotiate further on the matter and locked the district until such time as an arrangement can be achieved after the PFC issue is resolved. We in Demented did not expect your A team to be in the battle thus we showed with our corp .... TSOLE had nothing to do with this as it was our decision. We chose to move forward with the defend knowing it was your A team knowing we would loose but thinking you would do the honorable thing and not re-attack after using your out of official alliance A team. But that did not happen in fact we fielded an ALL Demented last night against your Unknown Killers we lost by MCC but got you down to somewhere around 15 clones. Then you attack again leaving us to defend tonight with 15 clones due to us losing a minimum or 150 clones for the battle. So now we are left to defend the district with 15 clones against a full clone pack on a district that is not supposed to be flipped according to PFC rules claiming you are doing it due to us breaking the rules by bringing in TSOLE which is within the rules to bring in alliance allies. You slander us and TSOLE saying we paid them which we DID NOT. I attempted to negotiate with 2 ANON directors last night after the battle and came to an agreement but still have not heard back from Egypt on the arrangement which would benefit both corps and our official alliance and your unofficial alliance. This is a bit off topic, but can you not understand that we literally can not field our A-team during the middle of a weekday? We all have other things in our lives that we have to do, so while it may have been 16 TSOLE guys, it wasn't the 16 best. The first battle, a squad of 6 was brought in. the second battle it was roughly half and half Demented Mindz and TSOLE (6 a piece) you can't get 16 TSOLE into a demented mindz PC... it's not possible.. why? because you have to have a Demented mindz person to collect them. Unless you can present to me absolute proof (which I would expect you did to Ancient Exiles to 'justify' your acquisition of the district under said PFC rules then there is no justification in taking action as you did. If Ancient Exiles ruled in your favour for any reason without proof of fact, and non-discussion with leadership of Demented Mindz or The Umbra Combine, then they have ruled without listening to both sides, and IF you present me absolute proof that you fought against 16 TSOLE (as I know no such proof exists) on THAT district at THAT time, evidence which would have to have been given to AE for them to make a judgement with any semblance of actual 'order' and policing. But, hey, you'll ignore this logical argument in favour of proving yourselves to be stupid mindless drones with half a brain between most of your members. The agreement brokered by your directors with regards to the PFC district should have been upheld, or does Egypt Musk promote directors who's opinions he does not value? If so, I feel sorry for those directors as they are given an illusion of power, but no actual power with which to make decisions. Everyone in out Corp knows who the CEO and who the directors are Azrael AOD is the CEO. DM is not a shadow corp of TSOLE never has been never will be we are Allies and if you would have taken the time you would know this. FYI Azrael AOD is CEO of DM and anyone that has an eve character (which I know you have to have at least 1 eve pilot at your disposal) can look up corp alliance history and see that we and TSOLE are not the same people but rather only in an alliance. So your accusations that we are a shadow corp are inaccurate and false.

I am an EVE pilot as well I am just uber busy as of late getting unknown back on its feel weve had 2 pc's a day since sunday and we have atleast one a day until monday. I will tell you this if and when we branch out into MH if your still with out a district on pfc and this truely is a big misunderstanding I will have DM on the top of the list to give it to ... no promises I would honestly rather you guys give it your all and try and take it but the chance will be there in the future.
