FYI Azrael AOD is CEO of DM and anyone that has an eve character (which I know you have to have at least 1 eve pilot at your disposal) can look up corp alliance history and see that we and TSOLE are not the same people but rather only in an alliance. So your accusations that we are a shadow corp are inaccurate and false.

I am an EVE pilot as well I am just uber busy as of late getting unknown back on its feel weve had 2 pc's a day since sunday and we have atleast one a day until monday. I will tell you this if and when we branch out into MH if your still with out a district on pfc and this truely is a big misunderstanding I will have DM on the top of the list to give it to ... no promises I would honestly rather you guys give it your all and try and take it but the chance will be there in the future.

There was a massive mix up in the times for the battle on Sunday night due to the time change and many people where not on. Unkn0wn won the first match due to this then the second match we fielded 12 people with a mixture of TSOLE and D3M3NT3D and won. They then proceeded to attack again which took place last night ... D3M3NT3D showed up with 13 members and 3 TSOLE (not all D3M3NT3D where even PC rdy as we use PFC to train those that are not rdy) while Unk0wn showed up with 3 members and 13 ANON. While TSOLE and D3M3NT3D are in an official alliance Unk0wn and ANON are not in an official alliance while Unkn0wn is their feeder training corp as they put it.

If there was a discussion about this battle with those that control PFC then I want a new hearing as I can not be convicted of a crime without being told of the trial.... We can not just take your word that you have spoken with them and they gave you permission ... besides it is not yours nor unknowns to determine if we are deserving of a PFC district in the first place.

As another point I do not see where it says a whole team of 16 needs to be present in the battle ... even 1 person showing up is not a no show ,.... while this is not how we intended the first battle to go and I know its not how it was meant to be stated ... we did at least have 1 person show up and try and get people on for it ... and as I have said multiple times it was due to the time change which I will have to address with the other directors and the CEO. The intention of PFC is to not flip districts but rather to report a violation to the powers that be of a violation and let them take care of it. Not for a member of the attacking corp to send an email threatening to flip the district. which is again why TSOLE showed up with what they did in the first place.

So don't say we are wining and crying and not prepared for battle ..... this is not entering PC this is PFC used to train ..... you are taking the district to take the district as Egypt has said because you have put too much money and time into taking it ... what 2 clone packs (if that) and 2 hours time (3 battles to which you really only did 2). Quit trolling ... if you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem. If you want to be considered as alliance members to each other then form an official alliance or join one. You cant have it both ways saying you are an alliance but are 2 separate corps with separate goals. An alliance is 2 or more corps with the same goals that defend each other. And since Jackal is the alliance leader it is his place to attempt to take care of disputes that deal with the alliance with the aid of the CEO's and Directors of the individual corps that make up the alliance.

Then you attack again leaving us to defend tonight with 15 clones due to us losing a minimum or 150 clones for the battle. So now we are left to defend the district with 15 clones against a full clone pack on a district that is not supposed to be flipped according to PFC rules claiming you are doing it due to us breaking the rules by bringing in TSOLE which is within the rules to bring in alliance allies. I attempted to negotiate with 2 ANON directors last night after the battle and came to an agreement but still have not heard back from Egypt on the arrangement which would benefit both corps and our official alliance and your unofficial alliance. Well thank you for that...... While we are low compared to other corps number wise that are PC rdy or almost PC ready we had always intended the PFC district to be an alliance district with DM as the care takers of it .... this allowed all corps in the alliance to have a place to train their lower numbers as none of us (that I am aware of) have feeder or training corps. DM tried at one time but that caused more problems then it was worth so we got rid of it preferring to train our members within the corp.
