Anyways. I would still main a scout.
HOWEVER. I would use whatever I have leftover to create a decent Med Minnie Basic Frame. most of my skills would be able to cross over, and I would use it whenever I find myself fighting head to head, instead of from a flank.

Gallente proto, 2/4 for precision mods or 1/5 for armor, speed, or range ranking?
Would love to see CCP drop the stacking penalty on range and speed mods for scout suits!!! Even if on a per-race basis. |

hey, I'm marked as Inactive, but I'll be playing again after November. Anyway, I stopped in to say no matter what I will always have a Scout Suit as my main. I tried the Assault Suit in Uprising and its just not as much fun. Even though I'm a paper tiger and go 20/10, I love it too much. Even if all four scout suits blow, there will be at least one that I work with. |

If we do get a respec I would be really tempted to move away from scout suit... I've been trying to leave the scout suit behind me for some time but I just haven't been able to up and leave it.
With a respec I'll no longer have to deal with any sunken cost so maybe, just maybe, it will be easier this time.

I'll forever stay a scout, no matter what, I have found my way around all the different variations I've been given throughout Codex, Chromosome and Uprising and I will find a new one after our suits are changed.

The current trend is that light frames lose 2 highs from their medium counterparts. I don't know why everyone has this idea that the Gallente & Caldari have to be inverted.
This would make the scouts:
G - 1h 4l
C - 2h 3l
M - 3h 2l
A - 1h 3l
Four highs on a scout would be insanity. Their shields already have amazing regen, giving them more shields to work with would make them horribly imbalanced. |

Hmm... Saving as much SP as possible for when that and assault dropships / jets gets implemented sounds like a good plan!
Damn it I guess I would spec back into gallente light frame and scuit suit after all.

I'll never let go of the Scout. It's no fun in playing the other suits, besides the occasional sidestep into my Skinweave Heavy armed with a DAU FG to handle the little heavier targets. |

If I wanted out of scout I would have done so already since I have not invested in any actual suit, instead of respecing I"m just ready to cross train into pilot skills
A scout/pilot hybrid would be pretty wicked with the majority invested into scout and partial into dropships |
