It's the best free FPS on PS3 maybe.

PS2 and Blacklight blow Dust out of the water and are out on PS4 for free later this year and both are free to play on PC right now.

The only reason it's the best FPS on the PS3 is because I don't think there are any others.

Lip service doesn't help anyone.

It certainly won't fix the situation the game is in.

Honest hard truths and options to fix it help.

If you want to pat the devs on the back because you think they've done a good job send them a care basket or something.

Demanding that people not highlight the obvious problems with the game because you're afraid of hurting CCP's feelings will get us and this game no where.

In fact it's probably far more harmful to the game then pointing out it's flaws and asking them to be fixed.

Dust is an awesome game. Compare it to COD, where everyone uses the same things just to get more kills. They may not spam grenades as much, or use a Logi as an Assault, but besides all that, DUST is the one of the most immersive games I've ever played.

In COD or Battlefield, winning doesn't matter. In Dust, it can decide the entire fate of a Corp.

In COD and Battlefield, everyone unlocks everything at the same time. It's always the same. You go through another useless, meaningless rank, and for what? I look forward to just collecting my Passive SP over night! (Almost to Dropsuit Shield/Armor Upgrades 4 :D)

You may complain about "this" or "that" being OP, but think about how fast you get dropped in either of the aforementioned games. 3-4 shots will easily kill you. Not to say that Dust doesn't have its own problems (cough cough SHOTGUNS cough cough), but this is the future, SOMETHING has to be OP!

I challenge everyone that reads this to make a constructive thread that doesn't criticize CCP, but gives them credit for such an amazing game they've made.

I saw terrible games being titled as "Game of the year" even though they have many more game breaking glitches and dumb mechanics than DUST (cough cough Fable2 cough cough).
And people saying "OMG this game is amazing!"... seriously?

I don't see why you would play game continuously because it's free.
If you bought a game would you still be playing it for so long?

Pointing out flaws and giving wasys to correct them as I have is more constructive to this game than this thread just wanting to pat CCP on the back for a bad job.

Let me give you some life advice,

Reward good decisions. Give feedback and direction on bad decisions. Don't reward bad decisions or else people will keep making them.

I love fps games, but im little too old and a little too bored with the whole *im a badass special forces navy army airforce commando soldier on an super top secret mission to save the world from bad guys* stuff.
