I would say that would depend on the game. They have done a great job with the Battlefield series. Will most definitely be getting BF4. |

One reason why the only EA game I play is Mass Effect.
DLC.
Since they found it impossible to simply hand the whole game, they parcel HUGE portions of it out in DLC.
Examples-
BF3 MP-The only thing worthwhile about it, and you nickel and dime me 10 bucks if I don't buy it new (Which was like 20$ more then preowned!)
ME3 DLC(Every one of them!)- The ten dollar online pass was pretty much a necessity for the best ending, the Day One DLC explained lots of important bits, Leviathion is also VERY important to the story, but those were all parceled out in 20$ parcels!
Sims 3-Any of the cars that didn't look like **** was "Buy the game new!" Or "Pay a dollar!" Seriously, just gimme my **** that I payed money for.
BF4 will probably only come standard with the one map we are playing Beta on, and the rest probably come along with a 10-20$ price tag behind them.
BF4 does look like an ok game, but parceling it out into little bits make the good game not worth the hassle and money.
DLC is not like Pokemon, you shouldn't have to collect them all to have the full experience.
