From the 1.5 WP Rewards DEV Blog - "WhatGÇÖs next for War Points? When we do our next pass on them we would like to focus on some more combat oriented rewards. An example would be taking out an enemy that is attacking a team mate or taking revenge for a fallen comrade. We would also like to integrate some of these rewards in to squad play to provide bonuses if you helped your squad mates specifically."
Good to hear, and those are some obvious but great examples. I would like to see the following:
Revenge - Kill an enemy that downed a squad (not team) member (within x seconds of them being downed).
Humiliation - Kill x enemies in a row (within x seconds of first kill).
Saviour - Kill an enemy that's attacking a squad mate.
*Santa's Little Helper - x assists in a game (can be an end of battle reward).
*Superhuman - Kill streak of x kills.
*Perseverance - Death streak of x deaths (for the newbros getting pub/proto-stomped).
Squad (Kill) Assist - Self explanatory, a slightly higher reward than a normal kill assist, say 35 like a "vehicle kill assist".
*Squad Medic - Revive x squad members.
*Squad Maintenance - Repair a total of x HP (squad infantry/vehicles?).
Objective Defense - Kill an enemy that's hacking a friendly objective.
Objective Offense - Kill an enemy that's counter-hacking a contested objective.
* = cumulative rewards
I can think of many more complex rewards with multiple conditions but it's best to keep them simple for now. I think adding more squad oriented WP rewards will encourage more tight squad play, but newbros need to be aware of this or they will likely still run solo. WP tutorial?
NOTE: The names are just placeholders. |

Bloodthirsty - +5 for every kill within 5 seconds after the next. For instance 1 bloodthirsty kill = 55 WP, 2 = 60 WP, 3 65 WP, etc. (Orbitals will be exempt from this) |

Those are all good ideas.
One issue that needs to addressed first however is the factor of accumulative SP and the way that effects OB's now.
We don't want SP to snowball even further for the good players/squads in the game and increase the WP inequality gap between the top and bottom of the scoreboards. |

Heated Up-Killed an enemy during his overheat.
Nice ideas.
Add a little flavor to an otherwise boring game of shooting and having a plus 50 appear on the screen. |

While I do like all the listed ideas I'd like to point out that some of these are just-for-fun rewards and could be overlooked in favour of more team-beneficial rewards and rewards for skill.
For example, "Too Slow" and "Heated Up" both reward you for killing enemies that are at a disadvantage, which is not exactly a show of skill and only benefits the team as much as the clone loss hurts the enemy which is no different than a normal kill.
Also, "Revenge", "Humiliation" and "Superhuman" are all rewards for skill in combat, but meeting the requirements for these rewards provides no extra benefit to the team other than enemy clone loss (as with previous example).
Just saying, if CCP want to focus on squad-play for the next set of rewards they might steer away from these kinds of rewards. They do say they want to also focus on combat rewards though so the second set of examples (and the like) may still be viable. |

I hit 'coz i care :X number of Melee Kills ( 3 for example , after the 3rd you get the bonus) Keep spraying and prayin' :X number of headshots (5 for example, after the 5th you get the bonus) |

I just added "Air Support Denied" and while this is similar to "Too Slow/Heated Up" in the fact that the enemy is disadvantaged it is beneficial to the team as you are temporarily denying the enemy an orbital strike which could help in numerous ways.

Denial - Kill a medic just before they revive someone.
Terminated - terminate a downed clone.
Killjoy - Kill someone on a superhuman killing spree.
Payback - Kill someone that has humiliated you.
Assassination - Kill someone from behind with knives.
Demolition Man - Destroy 5 Tanks/Turrets/Supply Depots/Dropships/LAVs or CRUs within X seconds.
Squad Annihilation - Kill everyone in a squad within X seconds.
These are all the ones I can think of. |

This is the wrong way to go about wp rewards...
But I'd say that heavies should get another way to earn points besides kills and kill assists, maybe points for absorbing damage. |

Bullet Sponge? x WP for taking x number of hits without dying?
I see nothing wrong with heavies getting rewarded for doing there job like everyone else.

Wingman- Stayed in close area to an active squad member for a minute, only rewarded once in a minute.
Suppresive fire- Firing at an enemy and causing them to fall back.
Assassination- Kill an enemy with a nove knife attack in the back.
Guardian angel- Kill all enemies around a downed player before you revive them.
Sentinel -step into an enemies line of fire thats hitting a friendly player and kill that enemy
Ammo runner -placed a nanohive X min distance from a friendly supply depot that is used in the next 5 or so seconds.
Overwatch-Stayed X minutes in a friendly objective and fought off all attackers.
Took Cover- Head into cover during an Orbital attack and survive until the end.
Bullet to the knee- Awarded if the last player you killed respawns with a new fitting.
Vehicle Assistant - Kill an enemy that recently hit a friendly vehicle.

Most of them are. Warpoints should be awarded for actions that help your team win the match. Encouraging people to, say, target the merc with a lot of kills may be worth doing, but bonuses for killing people while they reload, or with a headshot, seem pointless. |

There are many actions that give you war points, why should clone termination be excluded? Besides, it's not always possible to terminate a clone, especially when you're in the middle of a firefight. If you or your teammates can keep the enemy suppressed, he'll be too preoccupied to finish the job. |
