im currently taking bids for recruitment contracts... The best idea i had to make sure this is done fairly and all parties remain happy is an isk. per recruit system.... to break it down:
x amount of isk per recruit, for every week the recruit is in the corp a bigger amount is given .... for example
10,000 per recruit, 50,000 per week the recruit stays for a month totalling 200,000 per recruit. 5 recruits = 1,000,000 isk
i think this is a good system with a good starting offer id be willing to extend the time. or increase pay for say every ten recruits or something like that. please reply give me your BIDS, comments, and anyideas on a better pay system
as long as your offer remains resonable i will be able to keep a steady stream of recruiters..

for one recruit..... yea thats it. thats all its worth i cant have people just signing up for a day and me giving 1m to the recruiter come on.
like i said if you have a better system or offer then post it... i STATED " if recruiters get a certain number of recruits then payout will increase" the example is a standing offer yes but this is a BID SYSTEM so post bids.... dont just get up here to be a douche. you obviously dont read **** so dont waste my time.
if you are serious about recruiting we can discuss pay out.

The value of a fresh-out-of-academy recruit is measured in MILLIONS of ISK. The value of a top-tier PC vet is measured in 100s of millions. A well-thought-out business model builds in payment for potential, not just short-term gain through taxes.
Someone needs to learn about personnel management. You are paying for potential. The recruit "potentially" could earn you additional recruits at no charge, take on officer responsibilities thus making your job easier, recruit OTHER players for no fee (since he is in the corp already), bring his buddies along from CoD, all of which will generate income through corp taxes. The intelligence CEO will reinvest these earnings into value-added programs including tank and proto-suit reimbursement and squad leader incentives so that his corporation learns to operate at high levels. Once enough capital and labor is in reserve, the ambitious CEO will focus the corporations efforts and enter the Planetary Conquest arena. A single district generates 15million ISK per day, meaning the mere 2million ISK incentive you paid a recruiter to bring someone to you is paid for when that recruit becomes your most valued forge gunner in six months.
It's all about the long-game.
That said, I will to provide an alt to act as a director in your corp for a salary of 5 million ISK per week and will act as head of recruitment. Partial payment may be deferred based on mutually agreed-upon contract and pay schedule accounting for corporation growth. |
