Did devs ever respond? I know I saw several threads, even video proof of players using it and how to do it. I don't remember seeing CCP take a stance on it. I saw the drama behind AE using it in the tourney, no kick, but several AE whining that they stopped. But I just got killed by one with it, Roner General of AE.
So can we assume at this point that it is an unintended feature? Free to use without ridicule or remorse? |

They looked into it and said it was more complicated than they thought (no duh).
Dont expect a fix anytime soon, dont think they have stated their stance on sprint cancelling but I doubt they intended being able to melee someone to death in less than a second, a "feature". |

They cannot patch whenever they feel like it. Sony has to review every patch they push forward. What this means, is if Sony just doesn't feel like reviewing something, then they have to wait and place it into a larger update. |

There is actually one glitch that is worst than melee and it is near to undetectable to our eyes and ears, although I only know one person that has mastered it, 4 that know it and 1 more person that could be using it since uprising. |

If i get killed ONCE by Arianna and then i get him 5 times in a row while hes throwing elbows at air i really dont think its a ''BROKEN'' glitch. I mean, so what.... |

They made a single statement about how they couldnt simply just change a value like they do with guns since spring cancel is a built in function and not a value.

I charged my nova knives and almost killed him then used melee. He accused me of glitching... But I doubt anyone does this other than me. I remember a dev commented on a post before of a guy having video proof, and he said something like they were gonna look into it. |

1.5 patch notes are to be posted sometime today. Dev blogs have made no mention of it yet, but then again an exploit patch isn't really something to advertise in a dev blog. I'm quite certain it will be patched in 1.5, if not then maybe in a live fix sometime later.

They had to jump through some loops to change from quarterly updates to monthly updates. There was a post about it someplace... But I personally don't keep track of things that I consider an aside comment. If you have evidence otherwise ill happily look at it. |

Yeah, I use it all the time. BIGGG DEALLL at least it's not that other "godly" glitch that will end anyone and anything in seconds. to my knowledge i am the second to know it and only one person has mastered it.  |
