Every event caters to the medium or light suit. I understand that's what a majority of Dust consists of, but come on. This is ridiculous. For the FW Event, why are the Amarr rewards non-heavy when THEY'RE THE ONLY HEAVY RACE? Every prize is non-heavy related. Light weapons. Equipment. 2 Logi, 1 Scout, 1 Assault.

I would love to see the heavy Sentinel class get some more love
Out side of the Skinweave militia heavy frame along with Dren and Templar Sentinel BPOs the heavys are left short.
The gallente heavy does look nasty also I will point out that the minmatar heavy looks like a badass version of a Cylon Centurion from Battlestar Galatica
I would love to see progressive addition to armor and shields on the sentinel suits with the current HP being the base for the type 1 with 500 A and 500 S then 600 for the A series then for the VKo we have a total of 700 to armor and 700 to shield for added incentive to skill more into a proto suit outside of the racial and class bonuses |

Smart tower campers usually drop a link and some nanohives suicide and then spawn heavy I think you did something similar in your vid so they have sniper teammates to counter snipe us who try and kill you. |

unless rewards are unique and not available normally in game, there really is little motive to get 1 over the other.
like the Quafe suits, or even the black eagle suits. Although not 'better' by any stretch, they were unique.
now if the rewards in these events required no skilling into to use, then yea there could be motivation for 1 over another or something, but as it stands (aside from the black eagle) u still need to be skilled into a particular thing to be able to use it.
just pick a faction u want to fight for and see how you fare and get your rewards.
just don't be a minmatar cause you wont be getting that win % achieved :P |
