I realize heavies are a minority, and we have very few suits and weapons, so there's not going to be many heavy-specific rewards, but we should get some once in a while (Commando does not count - heavies don't have SP in light weapons). And the rest of the time, would it kill CCP to give out things like damage mods, armour plates, and grenades, which heavies AND other classes use? It takes some doing to come up with a list of twelve items with not one that has any use for heavies. |

They have released concept designs of the Gal, Min and Caldari Heavy suits. Heavy suits got a new suit variant (commando). |

Makes me wonder how medium suit users would react if every weapon/suit was removed except for plasma cannon, smg and Amarr assault and logi suits. |

As far as the current event, the reason we didn't go for a heavy reward is we couldn't fit a heavy weapon and a heavy dropsuit in the same racial reward bundle. While we could have used the commando suit, I don't think too many people would really want that.
However, feel free to suggest some wonderful event ideas for when we eventually release the full heavy suit/weapon line up (the Gallente Heavy is looking pretty snazzy BTW )
