Greetings mercs! Nothing is quite as satisfying as getting out of your quarters each day, stepping onto the battlefield, and walking away with the sweet taste of victory in your mouth. It doesn't seem like it could get better, could it? But for the week of September 19 to 26, we're going to make your first daily win even more pleasant by giving you bonus Skill Points based on how well you did in the battle. For your first victory every day, you will earn bonus SP equal to twice your earned War Points. This bonus is available for victories in any game mode and contract type. Best of all, it does not count against your weekly Skill Point cap!
The bonus SP will be delivered after the conclusion of the event.

Is there a minimum SP you have to earn before being eligible? I don't want to get thrust into a game half over, play it, only to find out my 1,000 WP was doubled instead of the 2,000 I could have had doubled.
I just realizied as I wrote this that the SP gain is going to be negligible if it's only based on WP earned. Oh well.
7 victories, at 2,000 WP each and I get 14,000 more SP at the end of the week...woopdeedoo...
If it's only WP doubled, it should be every victory. At least then there'd be a reason to actually win games. |

I like it much better than last event, where you inadvertently rewarded afkers more. I made shyte bonus from that because I actually played and got 5 - 7k per match, but only received bonus on the first 3000 per match. |

Now that is if you are luck to get this on your first match when loggin in and winning. Im guessing for this match most people will get a bonus of about 50-70kSp extra next week. WOOOPY, when is the double SP again ? |

It only applies to WP earned in a match, not total SP. If someone makes 70,000 SP from this event (in its current form) please mail me because I'd love to know how you're making 10,000 WP in a match. My record is 4700. |

Y'know, this might be better used, to a lesser extent, in the general game. Rather than have the guy log on and back off, have them try out a match. Might do so good that they decide to stick around for a few more.
Also, don't take that as negative feedback. Looks great, I just think it would look better as a daily thing rather than a one-off event. |

Honestly I couldn't care less about how good the free stuff is. I'm still waiting for CCP to talk to the community about what we want from an event. It'd be a tremendous step forward for them incorporate our feedback from any of the others, as that is something they are yet to do.
As usual I won't be logging in for the duration of this event, or any event that is not designed with community input. |

Can we assume that this doesn't get exploited by like two opposing teams ending up hacking-rehacking something over and over boosting their WP only to then in the end get that doubled... |

Assuming a person has the potential to reach 2000 Warpoints in the match, that's about 7000 total bonus per day (if they get 5000 SP for a skirmish match before the added WP) for 7 days... Even if they decide to go "all out" and achieve a score like that, they would be getting 49,000 WP, which, last time I checked, just barely pays for really any skill even at the "level 1". |

This really should be the norm alongside the daily login bonus. Not only will you have incentive to log in, but you'll also want to play and win a game. And hey, since you won, you'll want to play another. |

this is probably a test to see if the process can be abused before its migrated to a permanant thing.
it looks like it could also test to see if it impacts their daily activity numbers.
and weather they would need to tweek the amount of SP gained this way before its migrated to permanant.
basically if you want this to be a thing, praise it, play it, and enjoy it. an it may just be a thing we see permanantly added. |

I would like to know this as well.
The most I have ever got was 5002wp and that was hard. Full squad, Squad leader, 7 or 8 orbitals, countless kills and so many tank kills I was just laughing. |

You guys at ccp say you listen to feedback, wel if you realy did these dumb events wouldnt be created. Just stop doing what you want yourself, cus they are stupid events. Time to listen to players. |

Only the winning team gets the bonus, and only those mercs on that team whose first win of the day it is. I doubt anyone will bother trying to exploit it. We're all already trying to earn as many WP per match as we can right?
