*Arc burts through the doors of the Second Hex Club, literally throwing the five isk chip at the door guy. Arc is wearing cheap house clothes, and looks like crap physically and emotionally. "Man i've missed this place, feels like such a long time." *Arc heads over to the bar, "hey bartender give me something powerful, and what's your name anyways? might as well get to know you since i'll be here allot." *Arc recieves his drink and slams it down in one drink "Thanks, no refill needed" Arc smiles at the bartender. |

Apologies for misunderstanding." he apologizes, nodding once again before adding: "Pleasure to meet you Satja, I'm Denak Kalamari, Intaki by birth." True Adamance wrote:As if to give his approval Kador nods, he gestures to the bar man "Anything specific?" he asks the pair. Satja shakes her head, its plain she is enjoying the nightclub immensely. Denak lifts up his cup of tea for the two, before taking another sip. "The tea here is quite good, you should try ordering one." "Thank you Denak" says Kador, rather jovially. He was glad the first person he had seen was the Intaki, of all the Gallenteans in New Eden Denak was one of the few he might regret taking a swing at either out of respect, or of the odd aura of calmness he seemed to exude. " I might just take your advice" he continued, but a sharp look from Satja told him she would not be satisfied with tea. He ordered the drinks, handed the cool glass to Satja, who took it without word but with a quick smile, that suggested she was happy with the current situation. The three of them lapsed into a companionable silence, perhaps waiting for a change of song, or perhaps for one of the other club goers to something. Kador tensed his fist, if they were Gallentean it was probably worth being prepared....
A figure of peculiar complexion walks smoothly towards them. A figure of a completely androgynous build with a slender core, a slightly shorter size, very dark brown long hair tied back with several bangs sweeping in front of the eyes and sides, and possibly tanned skin complexion. It moves to them with hands embedded in a Caldari fashion coat pocket, the two lengths joined and the colar barely covering the lower lip of its sly and perhaps suspicious grin. Tight cargo pants "swish" and "*****" with every step, the undisclosed objects inside recoiling off of each other. It grabs a vacant chair and pulls up towards the three of them, sitting down with a slight slouch and sigh as it installs.
"Hope you don't mind if I join you're company!" It says in a slightly raspy and equally androgynous voice. Sounding young and chipper, but its eyes and character show a different, more seasoned story.
"I usually venture around clubs like these, there's always something to do, hear, see...or even watch if there's going to be a fight- do fights happen here regularly?"
Clearly this one is of the extrovert type, and possibly over cattery. It then orders a low alcoholic beverage, taking a quick swig and reposing it along the table. Arms crossed, eyes wide, and it's smile prevailing, it eyes its company at the table for a response. |

As Denak waited for Kador to reply, his attention quickly switching to the newcomer, perking up an eyebrow when he walked up to them and was instantly chatty. "Well, there are many free spots." He replies and gestures plainly, more focused on his tea, quietly sipping it and keeping an eye out for Kador.
"I only fight when absolutely necessary, and I haven't seen any happening here." He replies plainly again, slightly annoyed by his overchattiness and mutteringnsomething in Intaki as he sips his tea.
He also glanced over to Arc when he returned to the bar to get himself drunk, sighing quietly and muttering something more. |

He never considered himself a Gallentean, far from it, he was trying his best to separate himself from the Gallente and be just an Intaki, without any greater race to serve. However if Kador were to try swinging at him, or anyone else for that matter, he wouldn't hesitate to counter it.
As he kept drinking his tea, he noticed Kador tensing his fist, perking up an eyebrow. "You're not thinking they're going to pounce and try beat you to death for no reason?"
The off duty Templar sighs, then relaxes.
'I suppose not" he relents releasing the tension in his hand, begrudgingly though, his tone is still disapproving, though not directed at Denak himself.
"Seem's I'm always on edge around Gallenteans though...." he seems to think better of the statement. "Intaki of course being the exception."
Behind him Satja busies herself talking with a Caldari woman, the pair are animatedly discussing the music in the club and the drinks on hand.

Kador also notes the chatty... man, or was it a woman, he couldn't be sure, effeminate features layered atop more masculine ones gave a certain androgynous feeling. He measured himself up next to the newcomer. He wasn't as tall, but perhaps a little thicker around the chest and shoulders, his own aquiline features were decidedly more masculine and plain, perhaps though he admitted not as attractive
Now the Caldari woman behind him is quiet, she stares at the newcomer with slackjawed intensity, Satja, next to her nods approvingly, and mutters something to her that causes a wide grin to spread on the Caldari's face. She sidles back over to Kador with a feminine grace, though the long dark lock of hair that cover her shoulder are brushed aside revealing the ropy scars on her neck and shoulder. Embarrassed she brushes the hair flat once again, neatly tucking back into place.
"Forgive me..." She begins to say, thankful as the Templar interjects on her behalf.
"Welcome, I suppose. No fights....not yet anyways. I am Kador, this.." he gestures to the slim Vherekior woman.

Demel notices the woman's action and the sly expression transitions into a questioning smirk, what could she be saying? Demel then switches focus to Kador and back to Sajta, eyes beaming open and the smile returning to its crafty gesture. "Demel! Pleasure!".
Demel switches focus towards the Gallente, the smile soothing into a calmer radiance and throwing a leg over the other legs knee on the chair.
"Well thanks! A fight doesn't seem very likely with this much security around." Demel moves a hand around expressively while talking and brings it up swiftly to brush a bang wiping annoyingly across Demel's eyes, the other hand reaching down to the glass and taking a swig of it quickly, sinking into the chair ever so slightly.
"Hope I wasn't intruding in your conversation, sorry if I did." Demel bites the bottom lip, bracing for their response. |

Refreshing the memories of his most recent contract, still feeling the pain in his abdomen, despite it being just his memory.
"Eh...I had some tough times in a recent fight, my contractor wasn't very happy of the costs despite the operations success.... and she didn't pay me, now I'm here to drown my sorrows," Says Demel with a slight smile. Rubbing his hand across his stomach covertly, "Capsuleers...they don't understand anything other than spreadsheets and rocket science...well...that's not absolutely true, I dated a capsuleer once and she was a pretty nice person, had a lot of isk too- and I'm talking too much again...."
The bartender then taps the new glass of alcohol near Demel, he drinks it swiftly and trades the old glass with 10 isk inside as a tip by sliding it on the bar smoothly into the bartender's waiting hands, giving the bartender a thankful smile and nod. The bartender smiles back but smirks as he pulls the slightly moist 10 isks out of the cup.
Demel looks over to Denak, Kador, and Sajta. Moving his finger around the rim of the small glass.
"What about you guys? Here to party, drink, unwind?"

Jakar suddenly sits bolt upright in his chair. His eyes dart around taking in his surroundings. He settles when he realises he is in his office. Did he blackout? He had not blacked out since he pulled himself together a few weeks after the Caldari Prime incident. He looks at the alcohol bottles lining his desk. Clearly alcohol tolerant does not mean alcohol immune. Still, he is grateful for the nanites in his system that had enough time to break down all the alcohol after he passed out. There is no headache and he tries to remember what happened but only remembers getting a drink, and with no one to talk to, he kept drinking. He does not even remember returning to his office. He removes a pendant from his office desk and looks at it.
It is elegant, curved and made of a green crystallized stone. Inscribed on it is Intaki script "Ahm kamai tah, kainta. - Nissa" it read. He smiles at a memory then puts it on, hiding it under his inside shirt.
He steps out of his office onto the casino floor. He stands looking around for a few seconds, making eye contact with a few of his staff, the dealers and security personnel. He makes his way downstairs. As he walks down the balcony, the music changes. The loud base changes as the lights dim a bit, enhancing the appearance of the strobes more. The dancing changes from wild jumping to more intimate deliberate movements. The exotic dancers glow in the dark, their bodies covered wit a glowing green paint that was otherwise clear in brighter light.
He steps downstairs to the bar to see who else was around, since no other person who identified as a mercenary so far seems to move beyond the bar. He sees Denak having a conversation with the Ammarian who had been drinking earlier and a few others.
He steps up. "Denak, you're still here." He turns to the group. "Gentlemen," he says, performing a quick but subtle double-take on Demel. "Lady," he turns to Satja. He notices how the Ammarian stands closely to guard her. A memory flashes in his mind for a brief moment as he turns his gaze back to the group in general. He motions to Ian, the bartender to serve him a drink. "Denak, why don't you introduce us?" |

Denak freezes midway to the exit upon hearing Jakar, turning his head towards him with a perked up eyebrow. "I was just heading out, Jakar." He notes, gesturing towards it before sliding back to his stool, at least for a few moments longer. "This is Jakar Umbra, manager of the club." He starts, gesturing towards Jakar before continuing. "And these are Kador, Satja and Demel." He adds, gesturing to the Amarrian man, his companion and the third more elusive man. "You all know me already." |

Denak Kalamari wrote: "Well, my original intention was to only be here for a short time, guess I'll head out then." He ponders, brushing up his coat a little before standing up, and giving Demel a deep bow, his arms tucked firmy against his sides. "Thank you for the talk. Prataya yavati." He adds, before quickly making his way towards the exit.
"See you around, pleasure meeting you." Demel says, smiling and bowing a little to him, raising his hand as he levels himself and waves. A wide grin cracks over his face, letting out a small laugh.
"Maybe I'll see you in nulsec sometime or another-" He is cut short by the man speaking with Denak, he then tilts his head to their discussion and fixes his attire collar closing his coat and flushing his hair out over and onto the outside of his coat.
Jakar Umbra wrote: "Gentlemen"
Demel hides his smirks with his vacant hand as he feigns a cough, noticing Jakar's "double-take", finding it hilarious but slightly offending, nothing too personal though. After Denak has made all the introductions, Demel stands up, but regrets the decision due to his slightly short size, something he always loathed. He beams his naturally cunning and calm smile, with equally calm and alert eyes.
"Pleasure to meet you!" He says in a firm tone, something he has trouble doing due to his naturally light and suspicious voice. He extends his arm in a very "corporate" and "business" style outwards towards Jakar. |

Aztec enters the establishment, paying his entrance fee without being told, and rudely cuts off all greetings and ignores questions by entertainers and waiters alike. He has an Amarrian priest robe draped around his neck like a scarf and sits down on the nearest stool with such force that the nearest bartender quickly snaps to attention.
"How may I-" "Water" "What t-" "Cold and crisp" "What size" At this point annoyed at the lengthy discussion, Aztec finally looked up from his Minmatar robe and allowed the worker to look him in his yellow blood shot eyes. The bartender hesitated but quickly understood. "Right, that will be-" Aztec grabbed a handful of metal coins and smashed them on the counter, some even fell off making a loud clatter and pings that only metal currency makes. "Keep the change" The bartender hesitated further at this point sweating. Many onlookers stopped to look the scene. The bartender stood straight, arms by his side, betraying his Caldari upbringing. He looked straight to the sky. Then poke as fast as his mouth allowed. "I'm sorry sir but we only except ISK a this establishment Minmatar or any other type of currency is permitted to be used in any club related transactions"
Aztec dipped his head, hiding his eyes in the shadow that the hood of his cloak cast. And slowly stood to his feet, cracking the joints in his hands as he ascended.
After a good ten seconds of silence, his right hand darted for the servant's throat. |

"The pleasure is mine. Is everything to your..." Jakar is distracted by the noise of security in his comms and the sound of patrons gasping behind him. He turns to see one of his bartenders being held by the throat of a man wearing a robe. Jakar retreats his hand. For a moment his hands move to a weapon that is not at his hip.
"****! Go!" he shouts in his comms, ordering his security to go for Aztec. Five security guards lunge to grab the man as Jakar closes the distance quickly. |

pay my 5, walk over to the bar, get the oldest matari whiskey they have access to, take a swig, and torch some of the security.
Funny fact, stuff tastes like the most beautiful sunlight captured in liquid form. and burns like napalm. truly a perfect drink.

Demel stares at Jakar for a moment and blinks a little, hand still outstretched and smile fading into a confused expression. He leans slightly to the side to watch the commotion at a distance, the guards leaping and pushing through the congregating crowd. He looks back at Jakar with a smug face, slightly comical perhaps. He lowers his hand and places them on his hips, straightening his back. "This happens...often?" He says. Unraveling his coat slowly, showing a gun looking similar to a scrambler pistol, but with a cartridge of a Minmatar submachine gun on it's cartridge area, clearly a custom built and of mediocre quality.
"Perhaps I could help you with my services..." Demel says, his Caldari roots flowing out of him onto his entrepreneur demeanor. |

As Aztec hears the scuffles of boots around him, he mantles the counter. He is alerted by the sound of a pair of boots not a meter behind him. He takes out a curved knife out of his cloak and swivels back. As the guard attempts to hop over the bar, Aztec stabs his hand to the counter. Before the man can think to scream, Aztec smashes his temple in with a waited glove, a Caldari glove. The man topples down and his body hangs from where his hand is pinned.
Aztec head locks the bartender and pulls out a bluish-green, dark cube. |

Bastard sees some shady characters reaching for things under their coats, and thinks to himself "well that's just not fair". Moves to intercept one of the guards, laughing as he takes out a guard with a perfectly executed punch to the diaphragm.
"Hah, come on boys this is hardly sporting, 3 on 2?(one stabbed to the bar, one gasping for air) at least bring 10 next time!"
suddenly serious, he speaks to the guard he just removed from the fight, "also, you might want to find something to lean against champ, it'll help with getting your lungs working again, and close up your guard a bit, keeping your arms too wide leaves your chest open" |
