My complaints are based on discussions that I have had with my friends after this weekend. Many LAGGERS with KB/M have infested the servers, and LAG+WASD is just too ******* stupid, with AA DS3 users stood a chance now it is back to spraying rounds. |

the aim assist caused matches to be decided quickly and didn't provide enough balance. It was turning the game into a hide and seek fest.
You couldn't move across ground at all. Aim assist nullified that. Just place your reticule on target and just track a little, and ouila, Kill plus 50.
It essentially over compensated. People with no sense of skill were granted a boost with aim assist. |

Sorry but I calling BS on your comment. Matches have become blow outs again, at least with AA my squad could at least count on a random picking up some of the load or at least slowing down the bum rush.

It suppose to help you to aim, not aim for you. You know something is wrong when everyone "not" using the aim-assist gets annihilated, DS3 or Mouse. Blimey I must be some kind of mutant, I turned aim assist off, now my kdr was 0.75 before .4 now its 1.00 exactly, hmm!! (I run a 500 ehp Miniassault with Mass Driver and Burst Scrambler Pistol, my kills with scrambler pistol have tripled since .4, still with no aim assist) Mine is and has been around 1.0 since day one of playing against these scrub noobs called dusters. lolwat I'm a horrible player, have no aim, run logi suits and focus on doing logi stuff, and still manage a KDR of around 1.75. Guess if you can only manage a 1.0 kdr against 'scrub noobs called dusters', you should really, really, really learn to play Did you consider he might be a scout? Oh yea most definitely. It's not as strong as before but its still there. It feels a lil bit looser than before.
The pre hotfix, the game played like a campaign of Killzone...a cover shooter.
I think the KBM vs DS3 argument holds some weight but at the same time, its all about the user and how he approaches the fight.

ok, I'm not experiencing blow outs. A well organized synched team can knock out the best of em.
Plus you have maps that have various heights, crevices, and hallways that allow the mercenary ample time to create an ample strategy.
The problem isn't the aim assist, its the player. You state that. "At least with AA my squad could at least count on a random picking up some of the load"
It's on the player to see the challenge and approach it differently. Blues were relying heavy on the aim assist. The right positioning and strategy trumps all.

This sounds like a setup, when I say raw input it goes directly to the game without passing through an emulator,( this means you get a keyboard that acts like a controller, it softens 2 stepping because it stops input going from instantly left to instantly right, it has to emulate the movement, even if it is a little faster than a human could manage!!) |

Well NOOB, in a objective based game KDR is meaningless, aggression is key, therefore I am super agressive. And since I only have lvl 1 or 3 gear and have been playing against fuktards like you-ya it is pretty good. |

Yea, we going for that "you're just a typical player and I've been doing this for a long time" card, eh?
If you are that good and earned that BEFORE the aim assist addition, then whats the problem? CCP can't fix the blueberry, that's essentially what you're asking for.
I don't care about your stats. When the buzzer goes off, no one cares what you're ranked as cause you can fall as easily as the next mercenary.
I wasn't complaining about the aim assist. You're complaining about it, are you not? Think about my post objectively because I'm viewing this objectively. When the aim assist was implemented, I learned how to adjust to the surrounding mercs. The aim assist wasn't a problem. I'm actually surprised they changed it but I see why they did. With new changes come a different Michael Arck. I adapt to my surroundings.
