But the Assault mass forge swarmlock sounds like it would be a light weapon. I was under the impression the assault swarm masslock was going to be a side arm.

You're disappointing me, guys!
Here's some suggestions to make it work (according to its name).
-It should be a sidearm.
-Auto lock-on to 6 different targets, 399 meters max.
-Fires 6 explosive homing rounds straight up and then they drop on target.
-The homing system should be similar to the Magic Bullet from Worms http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxaq7bA-dIE please watch at 0.54
-If less than 6 targets are available, multiple rounds lock each target (for example, if only one target is picked, all the 6 rounds hit it)
-It deals damage to vehicles.
-The blast radius and damage should be appreciable, but not exaggerated. 971.4 damage from direct hit and 6.0 radius should be fine for standard level. Blast damage should be 971.3. That's a sensible difference, seems fair to me.

it should also be availible as a BPO, and milita level, fire 750 rounds per minute, reload in 3 seconds, and never overheat. have the accuracy of a sniper with no recoil. it should require zero SP, and be able to fit on any mod load out... like a...uhh... i cnt remember a gun that does that in DUST right now |
