this is the second time we have tried to get some training in on the weekend that you have ****** up.

you have no reason to attack IO on this planet we have followed every rule.

most of the players in IO are still in advance gear go play someone else you play us enough in everyone else's battles.

i'm telling my guys to redline snipe we are not wasting our isk that we don't have on whatever you malfunction is.

You have beatin us what 6-7 times now go play with someone else. and if you weren't butt ******* everyone on the map you could have more people to play with.

Now I usually don't talk on the forums, but for what reason shall you do a pfc with us? We barely have the numbers to fill a pfc, most of the "newer" members aren't pc ready. Hmm It might be because your greedy and want the extra isk? Oh nope that can't be teamplayers basically owns pc so that can't be the case. Please enlighten me on your choice to pick io out of all the other corps on pfc

other options were under attack or low on clones so I passed for now

now riddle me THIS batman... why would you have trouble with numbers to fill a match, and most members NOT be PC ready, yet you possess a PFC district with others that DO have numbers and ARE PC ready want in???

We are just like any other corp on Oddeluf, except we actually try to use it as intended....

PFC was to give corps a chance at training and to get used to PC before getting thrown out into it. TP's actions against IO is cause for concern about the stability of PFC. If personal grudges can be taken this far by them then all corps are equally in the same boat. Keep nice with cubs or they'll lock your PFC district with 'fights' you can't win.

I remember when the idea of PFC was being thrown out there on the forums. Wasn't the original idea of PFC was to be able for corps to have battles without fear of losing districts. Not necessarily for corps to be introduced into pc. I believe the thought was for vet corps to fight it out. I remember there was a sign up thread and everything.

It's intent was to replace the corp contracts of chromosome.

Edit: only way to prepare for PC is to actually get into it. A lot of people are abusing systems set up by Eon, that were initiated to increase activity in pc for all corps.

PFC makes no sense to me at this point. EoN is just throwing corps in there who they feel "deserve" to be apart of PFC. the original intent as ydubbs said were to replace corporate contracts in the game and have great fights all around the board without having to care about the district win or lose. now it's just a bunch of wooses who just farm isk. and on top of all that you have teamplayers who enforce those districts so everyone lives "in fear" of being a badass. how about someone just sack up and if you feel like you deserve a PFC district, take it. PFC should be a competition, not a circle jerk.

The community should enforce the pfc rule and just so happens that TP has the ability to do so and they do.

again, rules to an all-out brawl... something just doesn't seem right to me about that. i know for a fact half the people on PFC dont move their clones, or get attacked. even teamplayers were sitting on PFC for a bout 5 weeks while i was in EoN. i remember daily conversations with Radar to attack the districts for some friendly skirmishes.

Have you considered viewing this as a training opportunity?

Field the best team you can. Communicate with cubs and let him know if you're falling short. He may agree to special terms like smaller teams. Ask for feedback after the battle. Find some things to improve on and do some training.

But hey, that's just my thinking.

Excuse me, but I was here when PFC was first an idea presented by Free Beers and sold to Mavado and Sha. The idea was to get 'good fights' indeed, but it was also to help out corps get PC experience. It was also suppose to have verbal agreement between corps before fights. If a corp didn't have weekly fights - it was to be removed by SI/Imps, which is now TP.

TP took over PFC and I consider it being a corrupted processes. They have the spirit of the idea down, but not the intention. It's obvious to anyone the recent move on IO was a personal one, other PFC districts were open and it's obvious IO doesn't have the talent to hold there own to any EoN corp.

So long as PFC can't decide between being indie friendly or not I do not support it in it's current state. And yes, IO Is an indie corp since they lost all there members, money, alliance position, and power.

Everyone in the FEC would... It created a balence. Kain's Term in the CPM combined with the loss of Zitro probably were the top two factors that caused the Imps turned into a retirement home and the more active guys went to other places.

Even if you feel that attacking IO is a personal move, they aren't breaking the rules by taking the district.

PC should be about settling disagreements and grudges. Someone shouldn't be able to pop trash and then not expect to get hit cause they're on Altbrard or Oddledulf. And I'm not saying that Nikia popped trash or anything because I dont know the guy. But I see corps abusing these systems (for new corps) and then go to the community when they're attacked. Again...this was a general statement and not one directed @ IO

Personally, the latter, there's plenty of space for grudges, because there isn't really a place for them to do so otherwise due to the lack of corp battles.

If I were a new corp wishing to participate in PC, I would just launch an attack against a corp that I feel I have a chance at beating. TP has been offering to sell districts as well....so my advice to a new corp would be to either launch a few clone packs. Or, purchase a district and then expand by attacking corps that you have a chance of beating. All of that is good training.

Although we had corp contracts prior to pc, they were 8v8 battles. Only a few corps had experience with 16v16 and they were the ones who participated in the closed beta. But most of us had to do it the old-fashioned way. You lose some, you win some, you get smashed on others. We didn't have PFC or anything like that......so these new corps, low sp corps, or low tiered corps don't really need PFC. They just need to get out there and grind and

Its the course of action I would have taken and have taken before when I havent had enough people online however this isnt GP & I wasnt online I just happened to catch this while I was watchin some tv, hence why I was a little late in nipping this in the butt.

the war room really has nothing better to do atm apparently.

only real discussion ive seen is understanding the premise of PFC..

its simple. As sota said imps and others came up with the idea, pitched it to Eon and Sha and sold it. then bowed out and we actually made it happen.

after that, I started a discussion in this very war room trying to hash out specific rules of conduct on PFC.

after a lengthy discussion over the course of about a week, where everyone had input, we created rules that all those involved agreed upon.

if you weren't involved... that's your own fault cause it was a public discussion on these very forums.

PFC is NOT necessarily for the 'new' corp to get practice to be 'ready for PC'

that's what faction warfare and everything else is for.

Oddeluf last I checked is in Molden Heath, which IS PC

we simply made rules that you have no risk of losing your land as long as you use it AS INTENDED (see rules in Oddeluf thread)

pretty simple.. be active, use clones ONLY on oddeluf, NEVER using oddeluf clones OUTSIDE Oddeluf, and don't make a habit of using members outside your corp (and in some cases, alliance)

PFC is the community's way of having 'corp battles' and not worrying about losing land.

Nikia is now the FIRST to come on the forum and QQ cause his oddeluf district got attacked... by another Oddeluf district.

Already said it was a scheduling thing. Is it personal? Sure, maybe... maybe not.. WTF does it matter? its a Fight Club match. trust in the fact im watching Oddeluf. I know who is active and who is actively farming... and once again there is interest in corps to get in.

It's obvious to anyone the recent move on IO was a personal one, other PFC districts were open and it's obvious IO doesn't have the talent to hold there own to any EoN corp.

So long as PFC can't decide between being indie friendly or not I do not support it in it's current state. And yes, IO Is an indie corp since they lost all there members, money, alliance position, and power.

Well it seems they were removed, curious to see who will replace them. a one man corp called window cleaners will probably be temporary.
