So long as PFC can't decide between being indie friendly or not I do not support it in it's current state. And yes, IO Is an indie corp since they lost all there members, money, alliance position, and power. You tell Them Sota PoP

Everyone in the FEC would... It created a balence. Kain's Term in the CPM combined with the loss of Zitro probably were the top two factors that caused the Imps turned into a retirement home and the more active guys went to other places. |

Even if you feel that attacking IO is a personal move, they aren't breaking the rules by taking the district. PC should be about settling disagreements and grudges. Someone shouldn't be able to pop trash and then not expect to get hit cause they're on Altbrard or Oddledulf. And I'm not saying that Nikia popped trash or anything because I dont know the guy. But I see corps abusing these systems (for new corps) and then go to the community when they're attacked. Again...this was a general statement and not one directed @ IO Rules set by TP themselves, I might add. And I would agree that PFC could be used to settle grudges - but aren't all battles in PC centered around that? The CRONOS war was about beating down chest beaters who bragged about land-grabs they didn't earn. Imps burning STB was basically the same thing. My argument would be a clearer intention of PFC. Is it for corps to settle issues and have good fights? If so Indie corps have no place there since they can't keep up, and therefor would have few grudges they could possibly settle. Or is PFC a place to train indie corps who have the manpower and ISK but not the skill?
Personally, the latter, there's plenty of space for grudges, because there isn't really a place for them to do so otherwise due to the lack of corp battles. |

If I were a new corp wishing to participate in PC, I would just launch an attack against a corp that I feel I have a chance at beating. TP has been offering to sell districts as well....so my advice to a new corp would be to either launch a few clone packs. Or, purchase a district and then expand by attacking corps that you have a chance of beating. All of that is good training. Although we had corp contracts prior to pc, they were 8v8 battles. Only a few corps had experience with 16v16 and they were the ones who participated in the closed beta. But most of us had to do it the old-fashioned way. You lose some, you win some, you get smashed on others. We didn't have PFC or anything like that......so these new corps, low sp corps, or low tiered corps don't really need PFC. They just need to get out there and grind and

Back when they had all there vets they could compete with anyone. But the leaders couldn't keep them so they ended up leaving. I, however, was banned for trolling. 
They're not horrible atm not great either but decent-good |

Depends on how you define good TP,STB,AE,SI,WTF,RS,SyN,Subdreddit,1 Squad of Blind people... all can stomp ZTCD but still they're better than PRO |
