Did CCP not include KB/M support from day 1? Don't be ignorant as well... Happy with kbm in the game but this is inaccurate. Kbm was defiantly not part of the game day 1, may have been part of the roadmap but not in the game in the beginning.

I am more comfortable playing Dust at my desk than I am playing it on the couch in front of my TV. Honestly, this game is coming fairly close to decently balancing both methods, I wouldn't worry about it. Lets just suffer through the growing pains now so this doesn't become a problem later. All it needs is separated ADS/hipfire sensitivity adjustment and maybe(?) another few tweaks to aim assist and we have a solid foundation to add in new weapons, suits, vehicles, etc.

NOBODY would EVER use a "controller" playing a FPS on a PC if they want to win, and Dust 514 is a console game. "Why don't new players stick around?" It's because they are console users with ps3 controllers who downloaded a free game and got wiped out by "pc style" mouse players. I am not calling the mouse unfair, BUT, it is OBVIOUSLY better. Matchmaking was not the answer, free skill on log-in was not the answer, aim assist was not the answer; the problem remains. THE PROBLEM IS: a console player CCP hopes will enjoy this game and buy AUR to fund costs will not play for long after he gets outmatched by an accessory and that player is not about to buy a mouse, keyboard, and reconfigure his apartment to play Dust. Console gamers play on a sofa, not a computer desk. (Most don't have a computer in 2013.) If this game is to grow, on a console, sorry pc Eve mouse kinda guys, but you need your own "mouse" matches. The ps3 controller handicap will forever kill this game's expansion. Which is sad, really. Keep using mice in corp battles. Enjoy. I enjoy this game and don't want it to die. Let the console players have their console game before it's too late.
