I really, really would like the ability to revert the camera and control the turret on my assault dropship. Also it could just be the new camera but it feels sluggish and unresponsive and the turrets restricted a lot.
Render distances are a bit inconsistent with my tank occasionally showing across the map and other times not reaching 200 meters. My assault dropship is the same when it comes to infantry not rendering over 25 or 40 meters even when I am using my active scanner. More than anything this would be great to have fixed.
The update is awesome outside of that. |

Thanks for the work, devs. The sucky part about these forums is that the majority of people that take the effort to post are the whiners not appreciative of the fact that all of these hang ups we see are issues that we normally would not, but exponentially improve the game over time and testing into an amazing work of art. We see and voice the issues so that you can continue to improve upon it. All the improvements you've made thus far are pushing this game in the right direction, and not enough of the people who understand this put the effort in to show it. Keep up the good work, we know you're working hard on this baby and it shows. |

These should be priorities The Battle finder has to come back this voting thing is useless and not what we want. We want to be able to choose battle type period and have lots of selections. We want to be able to bring 2 squads into 1 battle or even a whole team side like a corp match We want Ambush and Ambush OMS selections. Fix chat channels team stuck open FIX the Aiming bug and Glitches you are aware of i.e. melee, shotgun... Fix vehicle deployment

Except we get stuff like the NULL cannon that don't. Well, that means it really is NULL.
And we get Large Rail Gun Turrets that don't work at all.
The latest whizzy features in the four point map with the drive through tunnels have markers for neutral turrets that don't exist. I was top gunner and I kept looking for it but they never appeared. They may have been under the DUST as it were.

So far these are the bugs I have found with the new update.
Battle finder:- The obvious 1s with the Battle finder,. To get a skirmish match I have found I need to have Domination ticked and the other 2 types unselected. I have also been completely unable to start any kind of factional battle since the patch.
Voice chat bug:- Another problem I experienced with the battle finder yesterday was linked to voice chat. I had been trying to get into a skirmish match and kept getting ambush instead which I would leave immediately, after this happened 2 or 3 times I put the selector back to all 3 ticked but I found I had someone talking to me on voice chat and I had a "team" chat channel, the person I was talking to was also in a battle while I was still on the battle finder which refused to let me queue for any new battles. I quit the game and re logged in 3 times only to find each time that I was still in the "team" chat channel and unable to queue for a battle. I re logged to my other characters and then back again and was still in the "team" chat channel, the only way I was able to leave the channel was by switching to power off to my PS3 and waiting 10 seconds before re starting it. Shortly before this started I had received notification messages that my voice chat had been disconnected and then re connected.
Stuck in a watchtower wall:- On one occasion I climbed up into 1 of the small watch towers to see if it gave a good sniper perch, I crouched and moved sideways into the corner and then found I was stuck in the wall and unable to stand or move beyond turning on the spot. My only way out was to suicide.
Sniper issues:- A problem I had with sniping was at close range trying to snap scope a figure I spotted, not knowing if they were friend or foe, the targeting dot did not change to orange and I could not see any health bars, my hesitation in firing cost me a clone because I did not know whether to pull the trigger or not. Nanohives turning into a glowing beacon when viewed at range through a sniper scope has still not been fixed, it still makes it very difficult to target anyone in or behind the dome of glare it appears as.
Lag?... :- Just before downtime today I started having trouble with remote explosives not appearing in my hand and not deploying, after this happened I tried using my assault rifle only to find that holding the trigger down did not use any ammo until I released it at which time a single round would be used up, I did not have time to find out if I was actually shooting bullets or it would have got me killed because it was really not firing anything, before the match ended.
Turrets:- I have twice had a problem with shooting drop ships from a rail gun turret, on both occasions I did major damage to the drop ships, the second time I saw it go down in flames and crash from my final hit but on neither occasion did I get any war points for destruction or assisting the kill. On several occasions I have also found turret markers for un-hacked turrets o the map and in my HUD which do not have any actual turret of any kind when you get there.
Map Scrolling:- The map no longer snaps to your spawn point, in fact it is no longer possible to navigate the map properly at all as it does not scroll properly, often it will only scroll horizontally but not vertically and vice-verse depending on the map and my teams MCC is always obscured by the player list etc. on the left side of the screen. I was a turret gunner in a tank yesterday which somehow managed to blow itself up while not being attacked by anybody. I think it rolled over or something, the driver was maneuvering it over a small mound to try and get a better angle with his gun when suddenly it exploded, with full shields & armor, and all 3 occupants "suicided", myself included.
There are more but I can't remember them right now, I'm sure the game will remind me soon enough though. |

Only have played a few matches since 1.4 -- however, I did determine that you can, in fact, choose what type of battle you wish to join. In battle selection screen you can opt to not look for any or all of the modes. For me, "R" on keyboard brings up that option. |

Wasn't there a post awhile back around when the first uprising hit, they mentioned that they make patches, send it to sony, work on new patch, then when old patch is out they can fix it right away?
not their exact words but ill have to find it, so im not surprised if we get bugs for this week, but at least next week everything should be working. we go through this every new build. |

Not gonna say shotguns or nova knives or dropship view but here's a good one. If you die in a vehicle it counts as two (2) deaths... That one was pretty interesting.
Credit for working hard and working fast on the fixes CCP.
Edit: This has only been confirmed with ground vehicles. Not with dropships yet... as if I'd actually kill myself to prove a point. Heh |

Thinking about that, at some point in the future i'd really like to see asymmetrical game modes, CCP. Give those elite guys something useful to do in pub matches. |

With today's patchto patch 1.4 the hipfire has gone to shi**, yesterday my scram was nailin raspberries so hard, now.. not as much (obviously in CQGÇÖs) Working as intended or something else?
Btw, you're really smart guys the matchmaking doesn't let you get in with a team cuz of balance.. but to be fair, CCP should have put team queue for team matches only, some way to leave all the "teammates" pits against other "teammates" despite their level or whatever the mmking is checking. |

How is the aim-assist at this point? Yesterday, it was completely aimbot-like in the sense that I would received every bullet from an enemy's clip regardless if I was sprinting away at over 9m/s towards the nearest cover. Honestly, if that doesn't get fixed, my knifing profession is practically finished. |

There are a lot of us thankful for the fast deployment of these patches being done so quickly, and honestly if we have a few problems "it is the responsibility of us players to inform CCP not cry and scream like babies".

Only way to OHK now is to pin someone against a wall.
Anything else does damage, going above 60mph reduces your manouverability, making LAVs easier to dodge. |
