DUST Search - Am i allowed to use a basic flaylock now?

I love when I get hate mail from AR abusers. Ill go work for a bit to secure me some high ground and put in effort just to have some non tactical lazy AR guy complaining about how he got killed a bazillion times by the stupid no aiming MD or Flaylock guy that's above his head. Yet they will keep walking underneath me and they will keep complaining on the forums but they will most likely never put the effort forth to come and get me. So question is why if someone has great tactics do you come on here and complain when you didn't even try to kill me probably.

Whenever I am with my buds and they see a flaylock, they always comment "ohh a flaylock, i haven't seen one of those in a long time" so judging by most reactions i get out of people I know, I would say its safe. Just don't use a mass driver or LLav if you don't want to get yelled at.

Think he has prof level 1 or maybe 3 with a complex DMG mod it(though I honestly can't remember cause I was drunk when I asked him)

I've had guys miss their targets right in front of them and hit me instead, it's like damage is pulled towards me or something.
