All matches count, if you fail to get 100 wp in a victory its counted as a non-win and against you.

aka afking this event won't work as well, I will say its going to suck for drop ship pilots, and that there is not a set of 'less than stellar' rewards for those who don't perform as well like 30% and 40% wins.

IWS you are wrong on this....you need to go talk to a dev get a straight answer and post here, since you've spread misinformation... as a CPM this is your responsibility now, since you've added to the confusion.

not true... you have to gain 100 wp for it to COUNT towards the challenge... whether or not it still registers as a win/loss in your wallet is a different story.. I have noticed my wallet reflects wins/losses now with isk earnings of 10k or 15k isk, theres no way if I had participated in that battle I would get so little... I left these matches in the barge... but regardless of this, CCP said you MUST get 100 wp for it to count towards the challege

It seems like all of you who are complaining are doing so because you can't squad up. Why don't you join the LFSquad channel and group with some other folks. Remember to turn your mic on (or at least your ability to hear what others are saying) and have some fun. Remember its a game, fun is its only point.

This thread (and a second one) was bumped by me on purpose while IWS was active on the forums but it just seems to be another post-and-ignore-later-comments-CCP-style-thread. We're used to it now, but spreading misinformation is a no-go some of us just want to set it straight (and give a hint about how bad their communcation is).

I don't feel that CPM needs to communicate with us on these issues and stuff, it's the job of CCP to do that. CPM should be too busy voicing the concerns,.... of the community to CCP. Sure they can communicate with us, but leave CCPs communication to CCP (hopefully they will learn one day)...what else is CPM going to say beside copy/paste from CCP, vague timelines or "we're under NDA"?

My apologies. What I meant was that we shouldn't be backing members of CPM into a corner. Just because we're probably in the right (CCP Shanghai is known for changing the rules midway through an event, and there's been contradictions from them on this absurdly small event, take a second look at the GM response I received) doesn't justify our abrasiveness.
