I find it hilarious that ONCE AGAIN a guy that Zatara defends and fights strongly for ONCE AGAIN attacks him in merciless fashion and big bad evil Xero has to come in and defend him. I don't know why you are attacking Zatara or even bad mouthing him in the slightest. He fought and fought and fought and when anybody would of gave up, he kept fighting to get you into TP.

We just didn't have any room for a tool, you were a AR player (nothing wrong with that) but when you applied for our corp you put you are a shot gunner. You were bad mouthing RS in your app saying they all play Final Fantasy now and you wanna play with a corp that plays Dust(Keep in mind when you were saying all this Final Fantasy was down till phase4)

You played with us a couple of times and showed no promising skill with the shotgun going like 14-9 15-6 at best. We have very capable shotgunners we didn't feel the need to pick up a nobody who only went shotgun cause he got smashed when he used AR. These are the facts.

Before you say "I suck but you guys were trying to poach me from AE" We told HT give it a try as it could get you off AE tourny roster. We aren't fools, we know AE highly depends on any and every crutch that comes their way. Don't even try to deny it AE, you have used dual Flaylocks (over 5 members spam it at us) You tried lots of MD, Tac rifles, any and every crutch there was you have tried and failed. Back to topic, we only wanted to take you off their roster because we know full and well your only job in TP would be taking our proto suits to the cleaners. So please don't be flattered that we tried to poach you, trust me when I say this. It wasn't because we thought you were talented.

Anyone who sides with glitching gets bad treatment from me. You can say we were friends in the past - sure - but now you're on the side of gltiching to win. Am I suppose to respect you or anyone in AE for some reason? I've always been out-spoken, and attacking peoples lives and glitching in competitive matches are things I've never been cool with. I ignored the IRL insults in the past, certainly, but now I've got the massive loss of respect for you guys for glitching in the only decent part of this game.

I guess what I'm saying is - get used to getting trolled as long as you're supporting a glitcher.

I never misconstrued anything, like I said I never expected Zat to be the one to say he didn't want me in TP, which if you read the first post of this thread, he did indeed say that. I have no hard feelings about it cubs, I understood it and I was never too butthurt over it, just at the time I was really looking into getting on a tourney team and between the time I sent in my app and the time you said no was 8 days, very near the end sign ups. I was a little upset about that, and with RS so unactive and taking a long break from PC I just started roaming from corp to corp trying to find the right place for me. Eventually broadway, whom was in Arrogance with me, invited me to come join AE.

This was a couple weeks after my calogi SG build was nerfed and I was already well on my way to speccing into melee. I'm not really interested in chest beating and pulling out the ruler when it comes to comparing AE's and TP's dong length, I like both of the groups of guys in each corp and in the beginning of me being in AE I was happy just being friends with both sides. Of course I began using the melee exploit, and due to that I was alienated by all of my friends back in TP, including Zat. I just took the time to make that post to express how that was unintended and to clear some things about my own view point. I still consider you guy's my friends even though you may resent me. I'll give it some time, maybe after a few months when I'm done with melee maybe we can put this crap behind us. Anyway that last part about the B team chest beating was just something that's been annoying me lately, please don't take offence.

It's fine Zat I have no one to blame but myself. Even though my suit got nerfed its not like I couldn't just suck it up and shotgun anyway, infact if I had stayed true to my intention of speccing into Cald assault I would have had it by now.. tbh I just gave up, I convinced myself I play this game for fun and if I have fun punching people to death then why shouldn't I? Obviously it was a mistake and there's really no point in stopping now, but I will regardless. Of course from now on I am going to save up every single point of sp for cald assault and as soon as I get it I am done with melee, someone else can pick up the boxing gloves (thats if it isn't already fixed). I've been shotgunning more and more lately trying to slowly slip out of it.

We will play your a-team in the tourney finals...and we shall see who is better. Before you got there we had a wining record of like 13-3; you got there and shook things up using the melee glitch as well as playing us when we were frenetic and yet tired (because of winning 40+ battles a day) so your point is made but let's be clear...we will play you guys with your a-team anytime, especially if it's without the melee glitch.

I argued in our chat so many times you'd think i was in AE defending you and scolding TP members for deriding you because I knew you got it from Calamity and it is hypocrisy. He never used it your way (solely) but he used it, and I have little doubt if he'd come up with the fitting whether he would have run it, but that's irrelevant.

Point is...with the exception of the sh1tty people in AE especially the guy that doxxed my real name from AE onto the forums (which all the ae guys just laughed cause they are tool sheds) I like the great players there. I have posts up where i praise them.

You are insinuating AE beat TP's on an even playing field and lost repeatedly because of an uneven one. Either take your losses, or get an a-team on.

Refuse to fight? naw...we just wanted to tie up your districts for a bit so you couldn't use clones...though taking a district with a clone back was fun, and winning with a clone pack when the ae alt QQ'ed about how you guys only lost once because it was a clone pack makes it even funnier. Sota believes you guys were just scared to face his hmg after he decimated on the clone pack we won with.

I told HT i wanted you in TP's before i knew you ran this. And even when you started running it I thought it was a gimmick with no overwhelming impact, a shotty but better..but it turned out that it was immensely effective. I have no clue why he invited you. Smexy and Tank asked to be in TP and I wanted em cause i played with them extensively ringing for IO (read: I NEED ACES!!!) but waited 2 long. great forgers.

anyway...i get 2 wrongs made using it right and it's a great justification for using it solely, kudos more or less.

After this post you sent me a message saying you weren't planning on using this after you got caldari assault to run shotty again i was elated...and that's why i look forward to whatever team you bring to the tourney, and didn't continue to meta this thread into a classic.

I spend a lot of time with my lads (DSI) and every time I hear them ***** and moan about... "oh MDs are so OP, these boys are such try hards" I remind them that it only takes a handful of SP to spec into those OP weapons and that "bunny hoppers" don't last long when you shoot at their heads... and remind them that we should all be "trying hard"

I see nothing wrong with reconising a type of play style works better than another and using it. I'm also of the opinion that PC is that important that a "win by any means" out look is just fine.

Gettting back to the OP...

My point once more can be summed up with an old saying "people in glass houses should not throw stones". You'll notice if you read my post I was a balanced as I could be and did point out the excellent use of the Duvolle by 13ear.

By the way someone needs to make a QQ thread about the second TP district lost to AE

Congrats Arirana on perfecting the broken melee mechanic to lift your team above the collective teamwork of TeamPlayers. But you can't hate on us for denying your app when this is the type of player we would have been accepting. You're my friend, but this is getting old. We give credit where credit is due. Congrats Arirana. We can't beat you without stooping to that level, and we have collectively decided not to.
