Can you just answer this one question, because I'm curious as to your reasoning...
You say the so called melee exploit ruined so many hacks... When you're hacking, and someone runs up behind you and punches you to death, how exactly are you any more dead and the hack any more interrupted than if that person had delivered a shotgun blast to the back of your head at point blank?

- This game has had a ton of glitches, exploits, whatever you want to call them. Just funny now to see EoN. so butthurt about this one. And if you really want to get technical with it SoTa, everyone exploits all the time after every reload by cancelling the animation. You go to reload, your reload is 80% done and sprint, boom! Your reloaded. Everyone does this to and everyone in the Dust community has ongoing occurrences of this, but nobody cries about that? Just lol.
- Still don't see it in here though, especially since this game is ever developing, and I can't honestly say I know about a sniper 'exploit'.

Ok, so Rules of Conduct now, wheres that at? Because you literally just coughed up a response that only pertains to rules of conduct, which clearly in Section 6 of the EULA is titled Conduct which says this:

I'm not taking it seriously, just seems I can bring up more valid points under CCP's own EULA than you can. You have no proof, and I have been banned multiple times from Microsoft, but never on PC games or any game like this. I'm not here to defend anybody, just proving that your talking out of pure spite at this point because it's SoTa, the troll of what was IE is now seeking sovereignty in TP now when things got rough for yourself. So being realistic about things, it's normal a troll like yourself try to do everything in his power to bring a point across but provide nothing for it.

I understand still it's under CCP's discretion, but maybe more people should QQ about it and get it resolved, but instead try to play a hard ass and get players banned because the victim is nothing more than a troll in my eyes. What if someone found a way to make all grenades contact again like they used to be in january? Would you be fine with letting everyone do that? A ticket is reported because you guys are knowingly abusing the game to win PC matches. This isn't some small glitch - it's a major one. Instant killing anyone in a game of high health is something obviously no one should use. You take the need for winning way too far.

Also - I'm only on this side for the ISK wether EoN wins this war means nothing to me, I get paid.

All I can say is pathetic. I can't enjoy a match vs AE because being in city means being OHK. I rather enjoyed facing Bigboys w/e his name is. Best heavy I've ever faced - and I had to completely change my suit to counter his heavy play style. But fights with him are rare because I'm too busy making sure Arir doesn't come at me with super speed to OHK me.

And so what if I'm crying about this? Idgaf - I get paid either way.

No not in agreement. Melee might be a tad OP but it is not an exploit....i am pretty sure the player could have maxed out his levels in shotgun instead of melee and did the same damn thing....and if not then shotgun needs a buff when it is that close of range. A zero range plasma blast should be a one shot kill regardless of what shields and armor you wear.

Also i disagree with the high health crap. It is only some players who have high health. So when someone like me who runs a toon with very little SP spent in nearly all militia gear hears someone like you whining his high level proto build being one shot all i can do is /facepalm.

- Publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, vulgar, defamatory, infringing, obscene, tortuous, indecent, unlawful, immoral or otherwise objectionable material or information;

So there's the obvious breach in rules of conduct, moving forward since this is only pertinent to Terms of Use for the site

If we go further into the EULA, we notice from the below statement that further explains about rules of conduct incorporating a public forum aspect:
- You may not submit any content to any chat room or other public forum within the Game that is harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, libellous or defamatory, encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liabilities, or is unlawful in any other way, including without limitation the submission of content that infringes on a third-partyGÇÖs intellectual property rights.

So now if you are catching my drift, and for those of you that haven't I will break it down again.
- SoTa PoP is eligible for a ban or termination as well as follows:
- - SoTa PoP has and is currently banned on the forums if I am not mistaken, well in order to be banned on the forums, as listed above you must essentially harass someone or in his case troll someone to hard, lol.
- - - So looking at the EULA, this also goes to further explicate the forbidden use of harassing in chat rooms or public forums, obviously "forums.dust514.com" is rationalized as a public forum, this in turn could promote a termination of SoTa PoP's real account from Dust as well seeing how the new "SoTah Pawp" is surely using the same IP address which corresponds to SoTa PoP's real character, and since one of these 'characters' has breached the EULA already whether on the same 'account' or not, breaking the EULA terms still rationalizes for SoTa PoP to be banned as well along with all of his characters sharing the same IP.

And this post from a DEV shows in order to be eligible to post on the forums, you must have played at least 10 minutes of Dust, which means that the EULA would of had to of been accepted in order to play Dust. With the obvious hiccup in denying the EULA after furthermore accepting it, SoTa PoP along with any other 'character' or 'account' he may hold could be banned for obvious reasons.

I simply just showed the whole Dust community that you yourself are eligible for termination if you really want to start being a little girl about things. When Arirana was playing for you and me, you didn't care what he did, but now your getting your butt handed to you over Ari's elbow you start to cry about it. How about this then seeing how really there isn't one ideology present or happy yet, he simply beats up TP with a shotgun and after we do that and whoop TP's grin off their face, he continues to use it to show you he doesn't have to rely on it.

Oh, so no shows count now? When TeamPlayers raped Hellstorm or when kujo's "A" squad wasn't there he didn't count those as loses. Using Kujo's method we are 13-4... Two no shows are nothing, not a loss, not a win. BTW, you have to have about 40 districts to even have enough timers that overlap to even create a no show... Something AE will never have as long as we are in the game.
