One man made the difference and the proof in the pudding is that Ancient Exiles knows they will never have a winning record without it as evidenced by a 13-3 record vs TeamPlayers prior to todays matches. Everyone and their dog who has seen it knows the truth of it. And putting Fiddle, Annie, or Calamity in the same boat is simply lolol meta bullshit. Everyone who knew them knew it was never a crutch to win. But we're not mad. We see the wins for what they are. I did work regardless. 13-3 Before. With multiple districts won and never having lost one. The evidence is clear. The important choice is one we sadly already know the answer to: Will Ancient Exiles face us without Arirana ONLY abusing the melee glitch? Great battles up till the cheating. We can only laugh at broken mechanics and do our best to compete in the meantime.

But I was surprised no one took from AE wanted to take initiative and contest it. I've got no problem posting up when peeps show up and play well. I talked to Arirana and he said he'll be switching to shotty soon. He'll be a beast regardless. But we'll see if its the difference maker. It is a testament that we lost what 4-5 battles yesterday and won like 25 and have like a 95-7 record. We're super pleased with the war results. We'll be attacking and taking more districts and this glitch will be forgotten I'm sure. War has been good for my wallet. Never thought I'd leave PC each night with a higher kdr (usually I barely maintain a 2-3 kdr and rarely better than 2 vs decent teams like AE) but all the pubbing in these matches has been good for us.

I can live with MDers on roof - this glitch is beyond broken. It's a literal 1500 HP in .5 second attack. At least a shotgun takes up to two shots so I have a chance to turn around and do something. At least a MD takes up to 5 shots to do the same. And talk about this the correct way - it's "BROKEN" mechanics. And also, locking districts attacking yourself is not equal to OHK everything you touch. There's a fall back to one - the other is near god mode. Good thing Arir isn't that great or we'd be in real trouble with him/her. Contact nades and flaylock were just as broken as the melee glitch and everyone was using them. MD shots are usually 2-3 shots and they dont even have to hit you, don't know where you are getting 5 from. Even the std driver can kill in 4-5 shots. If someone is using melee glitch they are easily killed cause they probably have 250hp at most and kin cats blow up their hit box to extremes. It doesn't take rocket surgery to figure out you could easily kill them with contact nades. At least with the melee mechanics you have to sacrifice something to abuse it vs the FL where it was a win button. 225 base shields on the call logi +2 complex shield extenders = about 400 shields plus 100 base armor = 500ehp around. The m/d can counter but we've been hesitant to spec it just to counter the melee glitch because we generally don't like using flavor of the month. Fiddle has been using md since chrome, not like 6 people speccing flaylock like when blizz the lion was good enough to be on HellStorms and OH's A Team cause he was so effective with it. I might try contact nades again, but 3 meter blast radius sounds awfully tight for someone moving around a 8.7 sprint.

Look where trying to do the "honorable" thing in their eyes got them. 187. was thought to be competitive, and PHI added a third great corp. R, SyN, TP's, Not Guilty, OH, RND, yes I see your point and agree with all that talent... The reason EoN was not the favorite was because HS had beaten the bunnies, who had destroyed all the EoN corps sans OH (but OH got beat by us so in a way...) A few of us really thought they would beat us and we'd have to attrition them while losing. IF HS had won most of their attacks/defenses vs us, not guilty, syn then the war may have played out different. But you guys never truly coordinated massive scale warfare. But threw in attacks and tried to stack timers.

On another subject DSI have benefitted from TP's community outlook, we would not have our PFC district had they not given us it.... I was reading another post a moments ago, about why it seems the whole universe is trying to fight EoN and I agree that us smaller indy corps have benefitted from EoN's out look, but the larger (and dare i say it "better") corps will ALWAYS want a crack at the BIG lads. I have played eve for years, always been in smaller corps... smaller but very agressive corps and the second an alliance or corp gets bigger i'm dying to have a crack at them. Often it's just jealousy and a desire to prove ones self. The one thing I do find a little sad is the crap I see on the forums, why ppl feel the need to crow about their wins or moan like 5 quid hookers about this and that exploit is beyond me. Forums warriors are kind lame if you ask me. Let you fighting do you talking and keep the hand bags for the kids. There has only been 2 people who used flaylocks...and never dual flaylocked, they were used as sidearm's pre and post nerf. There's 2 MD users. Fiddle has been the only md user aside from mcfurious (and he plays less often) and I just specced it this week to counter the arirana spam of AE (still learning how to use it :P) So yeah...i find this hilarious...ly false. FotM has never been the MO of TP's. I was callogi before I joined TP's and specced OUT of FotM because I knew it'd be nerfed. I suffered as a gallente logi moving slow as potatoes for the last 3 months...

Playing possum is lol. I only get on dust is Cubs mails me. I'm of FF14 (lvl 44 Dragoon on coerl server!) and this game won't lure me back until the competition lures some of us that are scaling back. You choose to have districts, and you made us fight 150 battles to keep ours, forgive me if your QQ if relegated to simply that, you are insinuating AE beat TP's on an even playing field and lost repeatedly because of an uneven one. Either take your losses, or get an a-team on. Refuse to fight? naw...we just wanted to tie up your districts for a bit so you couldn't use clones...though taking a district with a clone back was fun, and winning with a clone pack when the ae alt QQ'ed about how you guys only lost once because it was a clone pack makes it even funnier. I told HT i wanted you in TP's before i knew you ran this. And even when you started running it I thought it was a gimmick with no overwhelming impact, a shotty but better..but it turned out that it was immensely effective. I have no clue why he invited you. Smexy and Tank asked to be in TP and we wanted em but waited 2 long. great forgers. anyway...i get 2 wrongs made using it right and it's a great justification for using it solely, kudos more or less. After this post you sent me a message saying you weren't planning on using this after you got caldari assault to run shotty again i was elated...and that's why i look forward to whatever team you bring to the tourney, and didn't continue to meta this thread into a classic. And not to take away from your wins but like I said the few times we played a teams recently we were frenetic because of 30+ battles a day. Playing us well rested?? We played a good a team that Monday we locked and won. Didn't know that wasn't the a team O.o I can guarantee 16 TP's with cubs or ht fcing and its a good time. Otherwise you might end up with 5 heavies and one logi and 14v16 with no tanks on name york (like our loss via cloning last night vs oh with a clone pack). If I remember we also trounced you and the loss was blamed on the pro guy, hence the wins and losses since the war started, even though we've both won and lost, weren't even effectual IMO, cause lol you going 20+ kills every match and both of us having issues (you guys attacking on stacked timers and us "playing possum")
