Of course my Standard Maddy isn't going survive if at least two proto and even adv av on the field. I wouldn't be complaining if i didn't had my hardener on and max repper. But even one guy in a heavy suit with an assault forge gun and av grenade can drive behind you and sole me easily. Right now i'm trying to boost my survivability over my offense, but that not working. But i'm not mad at the people that have av, I'm mad at the Lavs that cause it hey even i got a proto swarm, but it was meant for the lavs.
P.s I show no pity for the forge gun it tooooo easy a gun, but hey I know that one forge gunner is going come and post " No the forge gun require skill". Dude I went 15-1( died because of bad spawn ) and I don't even use, so what your excuse. |

IMO swarms and the assault forge gun are the only thing wrong with AV. They are getting to the point where I am just gonna let my passives do their thing. Something has to give either vehicles get cheaper or stronger or swarms and AFG get changed. |

Because no one pulls out cheap Av to take down a tank,
I'll lose a million isk in a match just to take down a tank, and i know a lot of other people would too |

Although I'm not a tanker myself, hearing complaints from corp members tells me that the expensive costs of a tank or dropship do not make up for the lack of survivability they have. So either reduce their costs or buff their eHp, I vote for both but the former is the one that really needs a change.
TL;DR The AV weapons are fine (except for the Forge Gun, smaller blast radius ), the tanks need a buff in health and a price slash. |

I'm all for cheaper tanks. I know my FG is overly effective against tanks. The issue isn't so much FGs as it is tanks need a buff and better varieties. All I can say is wait til 1.5. They're reworking AV/Vehicles. |

CCP needs to fix matchmaking then if tanks were to get any buffs. You know damn well what most of these "tankers" pull in pubs.
If people like me didn't out AV in random pubs, it would be a consistent slaughterfest. When Tankers get any buff or advantage most tankers abuse the hell out of it in pubs. Seen some enemy members pull out many tanks in one match (Well fitted ones I might add)
Give tankers better tanks, countermeasures, etc, but improve matchmaking so a 17 million SP infantry player is getting matched up against 17 million SP tankers. You'll expect a lot of AV, and I'll expect armour. Stomping should be drastically reduced.
But they can't have much improvement until core problems like matchmaking and aiming are fixed. Believe it or not, the annoyingly slow acceleration in this game messes up every weapon in DUST, that includes Forge Guns. DUST needs A LOT of work. SO many core things wrong with it it's not funny. |

I do just fine with standard and advanced gear in pubs. However, proto AV is the only way. |

I would chase you with my proto probably cause of your Negativity. and as one who rooted for the 49ers last year, I'm still miffed.
Just kidding.
LOWER THE COST OF HAVS, CCP. That fixes everything. brings HAVS back to like every other fps. they can kill a lot, but can also get swatted as fast. |

Because it seems non proto swarm don't have enough effect. A little while ago I was able to at least scare of a tank with my adv swarms. Now for most tanks it just seems silly to even try to take them out with adv swarms. Hell I have trouble making them run away it seems. (i am sure part of my problem is I don't find myself an unreachable perch to rain hell down from ) |

Because people had to skill up to advanced to effectively deal with the free militia LAV spamming that was going on and skill into proto to even pose a threat to non-shitfit LLAV spam that's currently happening. That's why you're dealing with so much proto AV now. |
