Dust 514.
Even with all its flaws there's no other game I'd rather play at the moment, I'm not sure whether it's the community or PC. I've never quite played a game where I'm checking the forums on a hourly basis.
All in all good job CCP, looking forward to what goodies 1.4 bring us.

But I guess if you're willing to eat into CCP's lies the another 2 years waiting for it to get good that's your thing. |

i would like to apologize i can't resist.
that's great admitting it is the first step in overcoming this. just know that its ok to like a game that 90% of its player base hates it may shock you but.......i was there once too like all of you good people i too enjoyed dust it was the first FPS i had played in forever i liked the customization the lore and many other things about the game.
now remember if you wish to remain playing this game there's power in pride so i want you too just let it out and say "im a mercenary and i am proud"
now lets work on curing your addiction now how i was cured was a friend of mine realized my problem in reached out to help me im going to suggest the same treatment he did for me (for the sake of not being banned this treatment shall have a code name) this cure is best friends 3 or BF3 for short.
step 1 - go to the nearest store that sells video games ask them if they have BF3 the clerk should understand what you mean if he/she asks you if you would like to purchase BF3 respond in a way saying that you are a person in need of awesomeness the response "SHUT UP AnD TAKE MY MONEY" should do nicely
step 2 - also purchase one or two PSN cards to buy the various DLC for best friends 3.
i hope this guide on how to cure your dust addiction helps you all and hopefully we can put a stop to this addiction in the future. |

We've all earned the right to be cynical as f***.
If you loathe yourself for secretly liking DUST take some well intentioned advice: get out before the real connections to New Eden are made, because by then you're finished, you'll be ruined forever. And you'll end up sounding like a New Eden fanboy.
Assuming CCP doesn't send DUST down the poophole, that is.

lol I feel the same way. I do get frustrated with the game's flaws, and CCP's misfits sometimes, but i still play it.
Every other game I'll play, and it entertains me for a month or so, then just leave. With Dust, I can't leave.

EDIT i actually still play this game from time to time and i do enjoy it however it does have a long way to go before i am amazed at what it has done (i just know some DEV or CPM cough IWS cough cough grunt grunt...cough is going to say 1.5 through 1.9 and if/when they do im going to hold you to that lol)
LOL
I've got BF3 for PC(Imagine 64 players, awesome graphics, smooth gameplay, amazing sound effects and a working aim system) I've also got PS2.....2000 players and the rest ^
Still..... I'd rather play Dust :P
