Almost every vehicle driver here can agree, that when you run a number of active modules (that are really important to active quickly, split second moments)... The module wheel selector is trash.
Put in savable controller macros using the wheel selector and the D-pad and buttons already to remedy this...
Sometimes it seems like my modules don't even activate. And at other times, it seems like they immediately deactivate after I bring up the selector multiple times. (It's because the selector is too spazzy, and you hit a module other than the one that you want)
Pilots, how many millions in losses have you incurred due to this? How come it hasn't been addressed sooner since this game has been out for over a year? rofl, cmon now CCP... You won't even reimburse by vehicle losses that are clearly due to bad mechanics or bugs when I put in help tickets. Great job, guys. |

You using KBM?
If so........
GTFO. Welcome to consoles. No problems here either. Love the wheel.
I use DS3 when I Drive or Fly, and I don't know how you fellas don't notice how bad the selector is... Guess you have spidey senses and catlike reflexes when you play vehicles in this game. Good for you.
But the reality is, most drivers and pilots are feeling how unreliable the selector wheel is to use esp. when working with 5+ active modules and under fire. |

And if they put in custom and savable macros for module wheel (such as R1 + UP for active resist and R1+Triangle for rep) you wouldn't have to waste hardly half of that second to activate the modules you want.
That half a second could make the difference between an expensive and important vehicle on the field and a pile of rubble. I know because I, and many other pilots, have tried this as well. Doesn't always work when time is of the essence.
Selecting modules needs to be easy, not difficult and could cause you to be destroyed... |
