Hi, What the message means is that there is a network error when downloading the files. You don't need to reinstall the game since it won't help. Normally you should just retry. Sometimes switching from wireless to wired connection also helps.

No you cannot set the exact minute, only the hour. The precise time of the battle is decided after it is scheduled and both sides will be told the exact time with at least 24 hours notice.

Yes it is entirely possible for battles to overlap even with different reinforce timers. If you get a battle scheduled at say 15:50 and one at 16:00 then you might be in trouble. The battles are scheduled at regular 10 minute intervals so it will...
