Dont know exact but i think it was entire team. I was playing some newberries and they were redlined We let them get a CRU and camped it once alot of them spawned i dropped it and the kill reel just kept going even after OB stopped made my day

Once we are able to travel I would imagine it will depend on who owns the space we are currently in. In EVE your captains quarters changed depending on what faction owned the space the station was in bet its the same way
