With pg and CPU to level 5, I can run a dragonfly with 1 complex mod, 2 enhanced mods, advanced light weapon, advanced sidearm, and one basic equipment. I would imagine with an advanced suit I could run all advanced mods, not if pg and CPU skills...

You can easily make this dream a reality, this is not an impossible setup. However, if you're fast enough you don't need a ton of shield and armor, speed will get you out of a bad situation better than any ehp will.
