If you don't mount little turrets or if you are moving, 8 times out of 10 you will kill your teammates. Please CCP take a look at it. I suggest to put spawn location on the side of the tank, not in front and not behind, on the left or the right, ...

Timer should be based on how many objective you hold. Every objective should give something like +10% or -10% on OB timer. Limit the timer to 2' 30" if you hold all the objective and to 4' if the objective are all red.
