I would be more annoyed by the limit of choices of poor sp, I'm more for a player base separation till new players reach the vet zone. 6 months would work, I mean, after a 3 years wait, 6 month won't be such a great problem.

Probably keep everything, but be separated from new players for at least 5-6 months. Let's both protect them and give em the objective to access the vet zone. Squad invites can override.
