Seems fair, along with a slot rework, especially for STD and ADV tiers. Personally i would add it as class bonus and have 25% reduction to equipment cost from level 1, afterall it's the main purpose of logi to carry equipments.

They are fine, sentinels still have more HPand the HMG, scouts have wallhack & co, commando live in their own world where nobody is admitted. Probably logi will suffer a little more at std and adv variant, std and adv logi need some love.
