I agree with this as I have suffered the same problem with my forge guns . I hate it when I strip 3/4 of a tanks shield and armour but get next to nothing for it .

Id say there is great incentive to go above malitia on the forge gun, before the wipe i got to levle 3 and pretty much stayd with the lvl 2 assault forge gun because of its reduced charge time , but yousu cant store a charge with the assult models...
