There is no clear way of dodging it and it sometime do a 180 when you get behind cover. It range make it easy to tower swarm and it high dmg for a skillless weapon need some sort of a nerf. I'm a proto swarmer and a madruger pilot, therefore i kno...

The minmatar and amarr logis seem to be the most balance. I use my minmatar logi suit in skirmish and domination because it wonderful hacking speed bonus, and the amarr are like the true logi assault. The caldari and gallente need some work though
