For me it's the armor plate buff. More armor+less speed penalty=happy fatty. I want to see how the HMG will act with the skill change, I'm kinda on the fence about that one.

You can't shoot through it but you can hide in it to not get shot at. At ranges I noticed you can see them on the other side if they are behind it but that is just a rendering issue.
