Tank you for the explanation so: 200 base dmg +15% proficiency +25% minmatar ability =287 dmg. 287x4=1148dmg kill almost every thing. +287x2 (normal hit) =1722 you destroy a heavy in less then a second. Gues who is gonna spec into a minscout? :)
