You even have a decent chance of killing a heavy if you can stay behind him, 2 charged swipes will remove all of his base hp, if he's still not dead an uncharged should finish him off.

Make sure to invest in good profile dampeners too, knives do you no good if your target is already pointing his gun at your face by the time you get in stabbing range

I've been hesitating on skilling into proto for the past week but I did it today, and I have to say, one of the best decisions ever made. Once those cloaks come out, I can just imagine myself just cloaking and walking behind a red berry then uncloaking and slaughtering them with my NK. Can't wait for 1.8. Minja. We run and hide. It sucks not quite getting a kill because, well, "knife to a gun fight" but when you can drop on someone's head and knife them instantly, running away like a madman... pure joy.

After you get used to them you'll realize that knives > shotgun (when lag isn't insane). Also because you can have a light weapon for ranged enemies so you're not limited to a shotty and side arm. The issue has been prevalent ever since 1.7 was released, but the sprint bug affects other weapons too, so I assume this is an issue that is being looked over. Please fix knives

Congratz :) NKs were the only reason wanted to be a Minmatar Scout.. otherwise I'd probably would have went with Gallente. (This was before I knew anything about any of the races) Everything I touch... Turns Blue Minmatar Logistics & Minmatar Scout. Soon to become one!
