How much dmg does it deal? 5x?
And what about if I only half charge it? Does it deal more dmg then the normal shot or it only works full charged/normal shot.

I think it does somewhere around 3x times more dmg

Me and my corpmate tested this in FW he was using a proficiency 4 Visiam SCR with 2 complex damage mods. I was in a suit with 503 Shields and 679 armor, one charge shot to the chest dropped me to 590 armor.

It's 3x.

But it makes overheat like 8/9 shots. |

Edit: I wrote viziam instead of Imperial :) It's 3x. (See the Warcry quizz). But it makes overheat like 8/9 shots.
8-9 shots doing 90 damage to armor after fully removing all of any suits shields and a good chunk of their armor if not all unless its a fully shield tanked heavy or Caldari assault/logi. In which case you just switch to a side arm to finish them off and switch back to the ScR which has now fully cooled down.

As to the second question, if you half charge your rifle then it will do half the bonus damage, yes. So if a full charged shot is 3x, a half charged shot is 1.5x. And it works for every other in-between as well.
