Guessing a lot of people will have at least basic active scanners. While I used to think we should get WP for scanners, 1.4 has made me realise that we don't need THAT much WP reward, or probably little to none, since active scanners really help ...

Good idea and I agree. BUT, you'd have people complaining about CCP 'wasting time and manpower' on this instead of working on other stuff Hopefully most of these quality of life things will get improved on, but for now I guess it's not a prior...
