so the way to get it working is after investing as much as you can to get it you have to invest equal or more into it to make it reliable . so my mistake was not putting enough sp and isk into it ? so i have a paper weight until i can put skills...

increase damage and speed of projectile . or as a trade off have a constant damage effect on armor . it's plasma it burns . it should burn for about 15 seconds sucking the armor away but leaving the shield with minor damage
