The Bolt Rifle should be it's own weapon and called "Bolt Shotgun". That way, we have a mid/long range Shotgun, which also opens the door for even more variants.

Matari & Caldari Assaults need an HP/s and Delay Buff. I fail to see why something meant of Intel gathering has lower delays and better regen than a unit designed to be the best at slaying.
