I make it a point to take out any enemy hives or uplinks I find, I know the little things have almost no health but I agree you should be rewarded for denying the enemy a spawn point.

So much this. A half dozen lone wolves are simply not going to be as effective as a tight knit squad that supports each other. With a good squad we leave most ambush games with 20+ clones in the bank and I'm a mediocre marksman at best.

I've been running assault suits and dumping most of my sp into CQC with pistols and AR's, have recently started stocking support equipment (nanohive, drop uplink, and nanite injectors) and switching between the different fittings as needed.

That's interesting I've had nearly the opposite experience, were the Burst variant is proving to be nearly useless(far too much spread for a 5 round burst) While I find the Breach AR is my go to weapon for infantry combat.
