I've been in a minmatar assault since I started. I believe the suit is highly under rated and under appreciated by the community. Any player with skill can turn this "under powered" suit into a serious threat on the battle field.

minmatar assault works fine for me most of my adv suits get between 600 and 750 total hp with proto weapons equipped. I agree with Ghosts Chance you're building it wrong.
