Confirmed. As a standard squad lead for my corp, I saw this right away. I can't select squad orders at all on the map, and my highlight goes all over the place when I try using the radial menu.

The dashboard has a mouse pointer speed setting under accessories menu. Set it to high, then set in game mouse sensitive to MAX. For best beneift, get a DPS adjustable mouse. Set that to max, and you get a decent turning rate. Add me to the list...
