People will complain no matter what. Seeing the stats early is about us heading off screw ups like what happened with the initial Armor plate stats (and the reactives still suck and the ferroscale are pointless, but yeah).

They released a separate "bundle" that has the droplink, but the collector's edition actually has both. Everything in the promo pack was released as a preorder bonus months ago. The promo pack exists so latecomers can get those items if they want...

AFAIK (from Lowratehitman's video of his Templar character at the event) the each item was equivalent to a STD level item, with the exception of the Scrambler Pistol with had the same MLT fitting issue as the Dren pistol.
