I for one think to start this off is by suggesting that vehicle module skills, and infantry module skills should be separated. There should be an energy grid skill for infantry, and one for vehicles. The same with shields, armor, CPU, and other ...

Rusty is my reliable Sica that some how manages to mow down everything it comes across. I have used it probably around 20 times, and have only lost it 3 times, which was before I upgraded it's shielding to the point where it now sits at 4950 point...
