There is a red indicator dot on my mail even though I have no new mail, there is also a red indicator dot in augmentation even though I still have 24 hours till my passive booster runs out. Please tell me how to fix this.

It happens to everyone regardless of what you are, I hate when stupid pricks start to spawn trap your team and kill you the instant you spawn into battle, it would be okay if there was no "10 seconds to spawn time" and you went right back in.
