The scrambler rifle needs the 10% damage buff the other weapons got... Its a good gun but its overheat is HARSH like minmatar amarr relations harsh... It should have a better damage rating because of the heat... i mean it over heats in like 8-1...

In my experience those numbers round up so you at max skills would use 1 pg for the flaylock. I have had several fits where a one pg weapon would have fit very nicely... scouts rejoice a weapon that fits your pg cpu needs!

Its not the most effective weapon but breaking through a gallente suits armor with my scrambler feels good. The flaylock is a hella fun toy as well sure its harder to use than the other sidearms but its a freaking pistol... that shoots missiles....
