I say that you must make it so bad in being in the redline that it will force people out. Such as that everyone can see you regardless of how damped you are or reduce the redline to basically nothing or something.

CCP, players need an option to leave a corporation. I am in a corporation who's CEO is a greedy tyrant who doesn't respond to anyone and takes 11% of our earnings. We need an option to leave and get reassigned to a NPC corp immediately.
