Balancing] Combat Rifle's DMG needs to be dropped to basic23 DMG proto25.7 DMG, in all honesty 27 DMG is a little to high to be fair. Shield's could use a 20 HP boost so so it would be 53, 70, 86 end game 56, 75, 92, also militia 43.
